Resolved Question: Can i give my mother custody of my son ..please read carefully there's alot of aspects to this question?

I live in Walla Walla washington and my mother lives in Vancouver Washington. I can not get child care while i go to school because i don't qualify for state assistance and I am unemployed so my mother has agreed to take custody while I am attending school. What are the steps i need to take for this to come into affect. Also would it be possible for him to stay with me while hes in custody of her but she has him under her for daycare?
